These events will help prepare you for the next public consultation of our new local plan which begins this July.
These drop-in events offer a chance to:
- view submitted sites in Warlingham, Chelsham and Farleigh
- ask questions
- speak to planning officers
- share your views
You can attend any event, the first one is at Warlingham library:
- Monday 6 July: Warlingham Library, 2pm-8pm.
- Tuesday 7 July: Nutfield Village Hall, 4pm-8pm.
- Wed. 8 July: Hurst Green Community Centre, 3.15pm-7.30pm.
- Thurs. 9 July: Lingfield and Dormansland Community Centre, 3.30pm-8pm.
- Monday 13 July: Burstow Centenary Hall, 2pm-7pm.
- Tuesday 14 July: Caterham Valley Library, 3pm-7.30pm.
- Wednesday 15 July: South Godstone Community Hall, 2pm-8pm.
Tandridge District Council will also host a live Q&A session webcast on Monday 20th July from 11am-2pm. If you have any Questions about the Local Plan there is a form online which needs submitting by Monday 13th July.
These drop in sessions and webcast will help you answer the next local plan consultation, which runs from Monday 6th July 2026 to Monday 17th August 2026.
All documents, maps and information will be available on Tandridge Districts Council website from Monday 6th July. This will include details of sites submitted by landowners and developers in Warlingham, Chelsham and Farleigh, as well as across the district.
Your input matters: this consultation is an important opportunity to help shape the future of the district and inform which sites the Council includes in the new local plan.
