Around 15 sites were offered in Warlingham for consideration for the Local Plan 2033
The 5 chosen are in yellow:
HSG 15A and HSG 15B – John Fisher Sports Ground and Greenacres Sports Ground
HSG 16 – Land at Alexandra Avenue and Greenhill Lane
HSG 17 – Land at Farleigh Road, known as ‘Farleigh Meadows’
HSG 18 – Former Shelton Sports Ground
The sites in pink were not accepted but should be noted as potential sites that developers may wish to put a planning application on or will be submitted for the next Local Plan. The largest site is ‘Kennel Farm’ field where the developer has stated could take 750 dwellings!
