About SWGB
SWGB formed in response to the Tandridge District Councils Local Plan, as 53 acres of Warlingham’s Green Belt, across five sites was allocated in the now ‘Unsound’ Local Plan for 400-600 new homes. Our District Council will need to start a new Local Plan soon, but in the meantime, developers are still attacking our Green Belt.
